Hi there.
I’ve been thinking about starting a real blog for quite a while and today I finally reached the tipping point.
I intend to write about my extra-curricular activities here and my various adventures around the Internet finding solutions to all the fiddly problems I encounter at my job. Also, I will store the tid-bits of information that I have on my computer that I reference regularly, and information I find useful.
I also intend this to expose myself more to the Open Source community by posting about the contributions and discoveries I make day to day… Stay tuned! I will start posting about my patches as soon as I am able to!

I look forward to YOUR future ramblings, oops, I mean, writings. I’m not so programming-savvy, so I’ll probably pass on the programming posts but will make an effort to comment on the others.
Don’t be surprised if at first I’m the one n only who all of a sudden bombards your blog with comments – it’s typical of what I do – I find a weekend with significantly more free time than usual (like my current 4-dayer, prior to starting a shitty 7 midnight shifts at the hospital in a row! GRRR!) to catch up on a lot of things that I fall behind on – a lot of this happens to be computer-based.
I’ve also FINALLY got myself a blog, but a philosophical one, through the “bebo” site (on which most of my work friends are on) – similar to facebook but with none of those shitty, cluttered mass applications, whose invites continue to clutter my homepage (like yours recently – sorry). Grrr. Bebo’s much simpler – I like it better – more concise and “to the point” and it’s got a blog.

Ok – I’ve included it in the “website” tab that comes under my comments/replies.
I’ve made my profile (with blog inside) public to everyone, but you have to become a bebo member to put comments = so you should!
